You can check the hall's availability here and view help guides on the booking system we use. Before you make a booking it is a good idea to also contact our Booking Clerk to confirm your requirements and the price for your booking. Our booking phone and email address are not continuously monitored but we do aim to check all messages and respond within 24 hours.

When you have decided on your booking please complete the booking form by clicking here or on the Book Now button. This will take you to our availability calendar where you will be able to generate a booking request form by clicking on the + at the top right corner of the date you wish to book. If you have any difficulty with the form please submit it with as much information as possible and Jess will contact you if she needs to clarify anything. Bookings will be held for 7 days and remain provisional pending receipt of a deposit, or full payment, which will be due 7 days before the date booked.

Baslow Village Hall operates an Age Verification Policy which applies in relation to the supply and sale of alcoholic drinks on the premises. This can also be viewed via the link below.
Baslow Village Hall does not have a TV licence, so you cannot show any licensable content, except on a portable device not connected to mains power, and then only if you have your own TV licence.
Privacy Notice
Baslow Village Hall uses personal data for the purposes of managing the hall, its bookings and finances. Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by the hall’s insurers.
