Instructions for making a booking can be found below the calendar.

To commence your booking, go to your chosen date, and check what times are already booked. Then click on the + sign (top right) to begin your booking. If you already have a Hallmaster account, you can use that to log in. If you are an existing customer of Baslow Village Hall, you may already have an account on our system - please contact the Treasurer via finances@baslowvillagehall.co.uk and ask for it to be activated. If you do not have a Hallmaster account, and have not booked Baslow Village Hall recently, then you will need to create a new account.

After you save your booking request, our booking clerk will check it and confirm the price (click here to see our hire rates). The booking will remain provisional until we receive your payment (in full, or a deposit), unless you are a regular hirer, and have a credit account with us.
