A selection of our rates are given below but please do contact the Booking Clerk to discuss your individual requirements so that we can offer you the best price. Discounts may be offered to newly formed groups or individuals wishing to start a new activity or venture. Please ask the Booking Clerk to put you in touch with our Finance Trustee who will gladly discuss your proposals. We treat each booking individually and will try to ensure that your requirements are met to ensure a successful event.

Any time £16 per hour Up to a maximum of £115 per day for a booking of 7 hours or more on the same date.
Non-local Regular** Hirer
Any time £22 per hour Up to a maximum of £160 per day for a booking of 7 hours or more on the same date.
Non-Local & Commercial Hirer (Standard Rate)
Any time £27 per hour Up to a maximum of £190 per day for a booking of 7 hours or more on the same date.

* Local is resident of Baslow & Bubnell** Regular is a series of at least 4 bookings over the course of a year or an annual event booked before the end of the previous calendar year.

£450 for Entire Building (including preparation/set up time from 5pm on Friday and clear down time until midday on Sunday)
£500 for Entire Building as above and extended up to 5pm on Sunday.
Discretionary Damage deposit (returnable) for locals £100.00

Commercial start-up concessions, for repeat bookings only, at the discretion of the Trustees
Local rate for first four weeks only (weekly bookings)
Local rate for first 6 months only (monthly bookings)
Non-locals providing services to local children or the elderly may be treated as local groups.
Non-locals booking the whole building for a charitable fundraising event at a weekend may qualify for a £10 discount.
Commission For events where The Trustees are requested to advertise and sell tickets on behalf of the Hirer and/or prepare the Hall for the event, a minimum 10% commission charge will apply.
