1. Log into your BVH account at Hallmaster. From the Dashboard, click “Bookings”. By default, this will show any “Requested” (Provisional) bookings you have made.
2. On the next screen, change the Booking Status dropdown to “All bookings’, as below. Then, at the bottom right, click on the < (Expand) button.
3. Three options appear. Click on the Pencil (Edit) button
4. Your list of bookings is displayed. Scroll down to the one you wish to cancel, and click the red cross below it
5. Scroll down, and click the Request Changes button.
The booking clerk will receive an automated email, to accept or reject the cancellation. A booking can be Cancelled or Deleted. Normally, we would delete the cancelled booking.
6. You can’t cancel a booking that has passed. If you missed cancelling a booking for good reasons (eg bad weather or unexpected illness), contact the booking clerk, and we can consider waiving the late cancellation fee (normally, the cost of the missed booking).
7. You can only make one set of amendments to a booking at a time. If you have submitted amendments, you cannot make any further changes until the booking clerk has considered and accepted or rejected your first amendments.
